How We Became Us

Omnitas began in Stockholm in 2018, founded by Fredrik Kastenholm, Thomas Karlsson, and Gustaf Eksell on a simple truth: technology is only as powerful as the workflow it supports. Today we're a team of 23 specialists across Sweden and the UK, working to end fragmentation through integrated ecosystems and practical AI.

We now serve over 700 clients in 45+ countries — on every continent but Antarctica — bringing the technical depth and strategic vision it takes to turn tangled operations into a real advantage.

2018
Omnitas founded
Thomas, Gustaf and Fredrik started Omnitas Consulting AB in Stockholm. One idea held it together: businesses needed someone to make their tools work as one.
2020
First office & Make
We opened our first office in Östermalm and brought Make on as a second platform. It widened what we could build and automate for clients.
2022
Avicii Arena HQ
We moved to Arenavägen 47, right next to the Avicii Arena. A bigger home for a team that had outgrown the old one.
2023
London expansion
Our first office outside Sweden opened in London. The first British hires brought us closer to a growing UK client base.
2024
AI pillar launched
Applied AI joined the stack. Practical, human-in-the-loop intelligence, built into the workflows clients already run.
