Monitoring is 24/7 — fixes are business hours
Our systems monitor your scenarios around the clock. When an issue is detected, our engineers handle it during business hours (Monday–Friday). Critical alerts are flagged immediately, but resolution may wait until the next working day.
Pricing scales with complexity
The base price is designed for accounts requiring up to 2–3 hours of maintenance per month. If your account grows in complexity and consistently requires more time, we’ll work with you on an adjusted plan that reflects the actual workload.
Self-built scenarios need vetting
Scenarios built by your team must be reviewed and approved by us before they’re included in the Managed Service programme. This ensures every scenario meets quality and observability standards we can reliably maintain.
Client-caused changes are quoted separately
If an issue stems from changes on your side — for example, deleting a database table, renaming fields, or changing layouts that generate new IDs and require scenario remapping — the diagnosis is always included. We’ll identify the root cause, provide a time estimate, and quote the fix. The repair work itself is billed hourly.
