Martin’s career doesn’t follow a straight line, which is precisely what makes his thinking so useful. He trained and performed with The Royal Ballet and Birmingham Royal Ballet before moving into television and film as an Executive Producer, working with Netflix, Miramax, Channel 4 and ITV. In parallel, he ran his own events business, producing large-scale work for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, the BBC and Estée Lauder at venues from the British Museum to Tate Modern. A Clore Leadership Programme Fellow, Martin now leads Events and Event Operations for dentsu UK & Ireland, approaching complex delivery the way he once approached choreography: sequencing dependencies, mapping moving parts, and finding the critical path through it all.
